Some old memories from Chittagong Engineering University

Recently during my trip to Bangladesh, I visited Chittagong Engineering University (CUET) and met two former classmates and friends from there.

The life was good on campus when I was there in 2006. Everyone was easy on studying and busy on extracurricular activities like dating, hanging out with friends, midnight phone calls, and occasional fighting with a rival group. The only thing that worried people was not the lack of educational resources but a dire shortage of female students on campus. It was like a desert. The university may have provided equal opportunity for learning but fell short on providing equal opportunity for dating. Sad!

Anyways. Let’s look at the embarrassing photos below and don’t laugh, please. Everyone then looked so cute than they do now!!

These priceless photos which I believe only I have, are more than 10-12 years old and were taken before the dawn of smartphones with a really cheap camera as evidenced in the bad resolution. But I think the bad quality makes these pictures more valuable.
