In no time we’ll find ourselves in a saggy skin
Skin that was once bright and full of youth
So busy I was had no time to notice
My mind isn’t programmed to age with body
Because my mind isn’t made of DNA
It lives in a world of timeless dimensions
Mind tells my body, you’re in a hurry
I’m just getting started and you’re ruining everything
With no means I can pause a second
Nor can I pause my body from aging
My mind has a long wish-list
But it’s always too late for the body
Mind is stuck in the body like a bird in a cage
Body rusts away fast but mind is ageless
What if human mind was portable
Body gets wear and tear but mind remains intact
Portability allows mind to live on forever
Replace a damaged or aged body with a new one
What is born will never die just
Upload & download mind to new bodies
Mind is indispensable but locked in a disposable body.
